Custom Case Design

Case design that adapts sizing, layout, and hardware around the equipment being transported, deployed, or stored. Standard footprints, custom footprints, and multi-configuration builds are supported.

Custom Foam Engineering

CAD-to-CNC foam workflow. Convoluted, pluck-and-pick, or multi-layer configurations using closed-cell, anti-static, and case-compatible foam stocks.

Equipment Fitment

Fitment reviews from drawings, dimensions, and photographs of the equipment being protected. Cradles, cutouts, cable routing, and battery isolation cells are configured to the load.

Manufacturing & Identification

Materials & Construction

Hard case shells, gaskets, latches, hinges, handles, wheels, panel mounts, and case hardware. Product-specific material details are published on individual product pages.

Custom Colors

Color options for professional, commercial, tactical, and program-specific programs. Neutral, high-visibility, and contract-specific color runs are supported at volume.

Contract Markings & Identification

Silk-screen, laser-etched, molded-in, and printed identification applied to Ardmont products where a contract requires it: authorized agency seals, insignia, department or unit names, asset IDs, serial identifiers, inventory and control markings, contract numbers, safety markings, and contract-specified wording. Where a contract specifies it, cases can be supplied without an Ardmont logo.

Programs & Validation

Bulk Configuration

Bulk program support for repeatable configurations, standard-issue kits, and recurring supply. Common configurations held to reduce lead times on repeat orders.

Contract Program Support

Repeatable production for contract and volume requirements, including approved color matching, custom hardware, agency identification, and contract-specific packaging.

Testing & Standards

Product-specific testing language, water and dust protection ratings, drop and transit references, and cooler performance data are published on product-specific pages, resource pages, and requested spec sheets.
