Outdoor, Marine & Expedition

Outdoor, Marine, and Expedition Storage Systems

Waterproof cases, dry boxes, hard coolers, and expedition storage for water, trail, and expedition use.

Who this is for

Built for these teams

  • Boaters, anglers, and marine operators
  • Overlanders, campers, and hunters
  • Guides, outfitters, and expedition organizers
  • Long-distance and remote-area travelers
  • Emergency preparedness and off-grid planners

Operating environment

Where these cases live

Salt, sun, spray, dust, and repeated wet-dry cycles are the baseline. Storage lives strapped to decks, lashed to roof racks, buried in truck beds, and stacked at campsites. Whatever's inside has to come out dry, cold, or intact — sometimes days from the nearest resupply.

Common requirements

What these programs ask for

Watertight, dust-tight closures for marine and off-road use
Outdoor-focused configurations can include UV-stabilized materials where specified
Cold retention for multi-day cold-chain and provisioning
Long equipment cases for rods, tripods, and firearms
Stackable, strap-friendly formats for boats, racks, and trucks

Custom foam & configuration

Configured to your equipment

Outdoor and marine kits use custom foam for gear, mesh lid organizers, dividers for provisions, and mount hardware for boat decks and truck beds. Cases can be spec'd in outdoor-appropriate colors and with reflective identification for low-light handling.

Documentation & specs

Spec and tender support

IP ratings, gasket compatibility with saltwater, UV performance, and cold-retention data are documented per line. Care-and-maintenance references cover gasket cleaning and long-term marine use.

Common use cases

Deployed for

Offshore fishing tackle and electronics dry storage
Overlanding kitchen, tool, and recovery kits
Multi-day hard cooler provisioning
Hunt-camp firearm, optics, and ammo transport
Base-camp and expedition equipment caches

FAQ

Frequently asked

Do your waterproof cases handle saltwater?

Yes. Our marine-focused lines use gasket materials and stainless hardware selected for saltwater exposure. Rinse-and-dry after use extends gasket life significantly.

How long will a hard cooler hold ice?

Cold retention depends on size, ambient temperature, and pre-conditioning. Our cooler guide walks through realistic multi-day performance per size.

Can I mount cases to a boat deck or roof rack?

Yes. Most waterproof cases and dry boxes have integrated tie-down points; we also supply deck-mount and rack-mount hardware.

Are colors UV-stable?

Outdoor and marine configurations can be specified with UV-stabilized materials where product documentation supports it. Very dark colors will still run warmer in direct sun — worth considering for cold-chain use.
