- What types of cases does Ardmont produce?

- Are Ardmont cases waterproof?

- Do Ardmont cases meet military or defense testing standards?
- Product families targeted at defense and public-safety use are engineered against recognized transit, impact, and environmental test methods. Refer to Testing, Standards & Certifications for the full framework.
- Can I get product specifications and CAD files?

Custom foam questions
- Do you offer custom foam inserts?
- Yes. Ardmont provides pick-and-pluck, layered PE, cross-linked PE, PU, and CNC-cut foam inserts configured to your equipment. See the Custom Foam Guide.
- What file formats can I send for custom foam?
- We accept DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES, and dimensioned PDFs. Physical samples of the equipment can be arranged for larger programs.
- Can I add branding or labels to foam?
- Yes. Silk-screen labels, laser-etched call-outs, and colored foam layers are available for branding and identification.
Project and quantity questions
- What are typical lead times?
- Lead times depend on product family, foam configuration, branding, and quantity. Project timelines are confirmed on quotation.
- Is there a minimum order quantity?
- MOQs vary by product line and level of customization. Small pilot runs and large multi-year programs are both supported through Request a Quote.
- Can Ardmont support multi-year programs?
- Yes. We support recurring bulk programs, framework agreements, and staged deliveries for commercial, OEM, and public-sector customers.

- Are the cases safe for saltwater use?
- Our marine-oriented families use corrosion-resistant hardware and sealed enclosures suitable for saltwater exposure with routine care.
- How long do the coolers hold ice?
